I even updated their address book by going to Outlook\tools\Send Receive\Download Address Book\; however, that did not help. Exchange rebuilds the Offline address book at 4am(i think). I rebuild the GAl, the Offline Address Book, Resend it. When you see the misspelled name, is it in the GAL, or in the To: line when you start typing the name?
